For the American travel format Huckberry Dirt, I had the opportunity to accompany a story featuring Lucerne-based chef Lenny Hartmann. Lenny collects freshwater mussels from the Reuss River, cooks them in his own restaurant, and sells them to selected customers. An incredibly beautiful business run by a truly likeable guy.
